In 2009 the Ruby Anniversary SAW Conference will be held in Erskine Bridge Hotel, near Glasgow from 6th - 8th March 2009.
Key Speakers
Anne Perry, novelist and series writer and Michael Cannon, author of Lachlan's War which is also the Book Review choice for this year.
Exhibition and display
There will be wide ranging displays of information and exhibits, including a history written especially for this Ruby Anniversary Year.
Representatives of Writer’s News hope to be on hand to offer advice and encouragement to participants.
Book Shop
As always there will be a well stocked book shop at the conference, where books by the key speakers and adjudicators will be available for purchase at best prices, with the opportunity to get them signed by willing authors.
Seminars
SAW Conference Fee - £25
Residential Full Board and Accommodation (Friday 4 pm – Sunday 4 pm) £187 for single occupancy; £157 sharing. (There may be a small number of day delegate places. Persons wishing to enquire about this possibility require to write stating the reason for the necessity of using this service.)
